  • When are you moving online?
    SACO physical shop on 294 Bury New Road, Salford will be officially closed on the 2nd March 2022. From that day all orders will only be received online, over the phone or by email.
  • Will we see you again in person?
    Yes, meeting amazing customers face to face is still a very exciting way for us to showcase our lovely African superfoods and learn how to serve you better, so keep an eye on our event calendar, Facebook and Instagram page to find out what in-person events we will be attending in 2022.
  • Will you still provide FREE home delivery?
    Yes, all customers who live within 5 miles from postcode M7 2YJ and place an order over £10 will continue to receive FREE home delivery for the time being. If anything changes, we will notify you.
  • What if I live over the 5 miles radius?
    You can still benefit from FREE shipping if you place an order over £35.
  • Can we Click and Collect from the shop?
    Unfortunately, you won’t be able to collect your order in person anymore, but we can gladly arrange a home delivery for you
  • What is your website?

  • Can I only place an order online?
    Not necessarily, we are happy to receive your order over the phone, by email or chat.
  • What method of payments do you accept?
    We accept all major credit / debit cards, paypal and bank transfer.
  • Can I pay over the phone?
    Yes, you can pay over the phone with your credit/debit card.
  • Can I pay via bank transfer?
    Yes, you can. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, let us know and we will send you the bank details to send payment to and copy of your receipt.
  • Can I find SACO Superfoods in my local grocery shop?
    In 2022, we are planning to increase the number of our local stockists, so if you think SACO Superfoods would fit nicely in your favourite local shop, please send us the name of the place and we will do our best to make our products available there too. In the meantime, learn more about our current stockists.
