An easy way to elevate your breakfast is simply by adding fruits.
Fruits are a great way to add flavour, sweetness, texture, and colour to your morning oats and are also a great source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Baobab Powder is a fantastic addition to make your meals more nutritious.
Baobab Powder too contains vitamins and minerals but also helps with digestion, reduces inflammation, helps lower blood pressure, and so much more.
In this baobab recipe, we have combined both to this traditional breakfast baked oats, making it a healthy, high in fibre, and nutritional meal we hope you enjoy.
