This indulgent chocolate baobab oats recipe can be enjoyed as a sweet breakfast or as a healthy dessert.
It may not seem to be healthy but we can assure you it is! The oats are fibre filled, the fruits are a great source of antioxidants, and the superfood, Baobab, ensures this meal is packed with nutrition.
It's the perfect balance of delicious and healthy and honestly is a great motivation to get out of bed early.

Chocolate, Raspberry, and Baobab Baked Oats by Steph's Gluten Free Bakes
Ingredients
- 50g gluten-free oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp SACO Baobab Powder
- 125ml of your favourite plant-based milk
- a few raspberries
- a piece of chocolate
How to Make Chocolate, Raspberry, and Baobab Baked Oats
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a small ramekin.
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients with the milk.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared ramekin.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Decorate with a few raspberries, and chocolate.
Serve warm or cold.
