Minimum order: £75 per order
Lead time: 3–5 business days UK, 7–10 days international
Payment (new customers): Pro forma invoice — payment on order
Payment (established accounts): 30-day terms available after 3 successful orders
Delivery: Courier costs covered by retailer (we can provide shipping quotes)
Returns: Accepted for damaged or defective products only, within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unopened in original packaging.
