Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at info@sacosuperfoods.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Returning Your Goods
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, please return the goods to us within 14 days to:

To qualify for a full refund, goods must be returned in their original packaging, sealed and unopened. We are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used products for hygiene reasons.
Please obtain proof of postage when returning your goods. You are responsible for the items until they are received by us. We recommend using a tracked service.
Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method. We will refund the full product price plus the standard outbound delivery charge. We do not refund enhanced or express delivery charges where these were chosen.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card provider.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sacosuperfoods.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account first, then contact your card provider as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@sacosuperfoods.com.
