Placing an Order
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order constitutes a binding offer once you click to confirm your purchase.
We will send you an order confirmation by email once your order is received. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address and delivery details you provide are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect information.
Your Consumer Rights
Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@sacosuperfoods.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
We will issue a full refund, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of return, whichever is earlier.
Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Perishable goods that have been opened or used
- Products that have been personalised or made to your specification
- Goods that have been unsealed after delivery where return is unsuitable for hygiene reasons
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sacosuperfoods.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened, unused products in their original condition.
To initiate a return, please email info@sacosuperfoods.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Please do not send goods back without contacting us first.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, back to your original payment method.
Shipping
We ship using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, and DHL depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@sacosuperfoods.com.
