Chocolate S'mores and Baobab Baked Oats
This is a dessert that happens to be made with oats. Marshmallows go golden and sticky in the oven, chocolate sauce gets warm, and you end up with something that tastes like campfire s'mores but you can eat it with a spoon. Baobab powder adds a citrus note that cuts through the sweetness. The confetti sprinkles are optional but they make it look worth photographing. Good for when you want something indulgent but don't want to bake a whole cake. Recipe by Steph's Gluten Free Bakes.
