Greek Yogurt and Moringa
Plain yogurt gets boring after a while, but most breakfast options that feel intentional require cooking or blending something. This takes two minutes to assemble. Yogurt, moringa powder, muesli, and a drizzle of honey. The moringa adds an earthy note that balances the sweetness from the honey and the tartness from the yogurt. Takes about two minutes to assemble. Good for mornings when you want something filling but don't want to cook.
