Hibiscus and Orange Tea
When you want something warm to drink in the evening but don't want caffeine keeping you up, hibiscus tea is what you reach for. The dried flowers steep into a deep ruby red and taste tart and slightly cranberry-like. Adding fresh orange gives you citrus sweetness and star anise adds warming spice notes. The combination tastes more complex than regular tea and looks impressive in the cup. Steep for 4 to 8 minutes depending on how strong you want it.
