Yogurt with Baobab and Dried Mango
Plain yogurt gets boring after the third spoonful. Adding baobab powder and dried mango slices turns it into something you actually want to eat. The baobab adds citrus tang, the dried mango gives you sweetness and something to chew on. Takes two minutes to throw together. Good for breakfast or when you want something sweet in the afternoon.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp SACO Baobab Powder
- 200g plain Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
- Dry mango slices
- Honey or favourite sweetener (optional)
Method
- Pour the yogurt in a bowl.
- Add the slices of dry mango, the baobab powder, and your favourite sweetener.
- Stir in.
- Enjoy!
Tip: you can replace the dry mango with any other garnish — berries, rhubarb, banana.
