Hibiscus Granola Bowl
Granola yogurt bowls are an incredibly quick, easy, versatile, staple breakfast that can be enjoyed in many ways. It's perfect for busy mornings and takes less than 5 minutes to put together. In this healthy granola recipe, we have combined granola and yogurt with our dried hibiscus, white chocolate, raspberry pieces as well as vegan marshmallows to create this delicious and nutritious breakfast. Ingredients
- 150g Greek or plant-based yogurt
- A handful of granola
- 1 tsp SACO Hibiscus Flower
- White chocolate pieces
- Raspberry pieces
- Vegan marshmallows
- Honey or agave syrup (optional)
Method
- Pour the yogurt into a bowl.
- Stir in the hibiscus flower — the yogurt will turn pink.
- Top with granola, white chocolate pieces, raspberry pieces, and marshmallows.
- Drizzle with honey or agave if desired.
- Serve immediately.
