SACO Superfoods works directly with small-scale producers in the Ivory Coast, supporting sustainable livelihoods in rural communities. We currently partner with around 100 producers, many of them women, giving growers the freedom to set fair prices and build long-term stability for their families. After being sun-dried, our ginger flakes are hand-roasted using traditional methods passed down through generations — giving them their golden colour, crunchy texture, and distinctive flavour.

Excellent customer service. Good quality products with none of the additives we're used to in other products. I particularly love the ginger flakes as an infusion with lemon and honey, the baobab powder in smoothies and the Croustilles for snacking.

Ginger is an excellent product for regulating digestion. It helped me combat water retention and my inflammatory pain. It helps a lot with colitis and nausea. It tastes great and is a truly pleasant herbal tea, both hot and cold.
